[Feature] A few wishes

It would be great if you could add (some of) these permissions:

• Can/cannot give negative reputations
• Can/cannot use invisible mode
• Can/cannot deny message receipt notifications
• Can/cannot access Mod CP
• Can/cannot access Admin CP
• Can/cannot view IP addresses in WIO and posts
  

Of course it would be even nicer if all user/group rights that are available in module=user-groups would be available for the custom permissions as well.

ACP/ModCP access would be nice for "stealth" staff accounts that have the rights but don't show up on team pages.
