Add list of "immune" usergroups
The title almost explains it all. It would be useful to have an extra setting in the configuration to exempt usergroups (default: admins, supermods) from the tool.
I have one (hidden) admin account which is below the posts limit (and will stay so), but i'd prefer that the "apply goodbye spammer to this user" link would not show on his profile.
